Next, we are going to combine the benefits of mindfulness yoga with the benefits of spending time outside. Research has proven spending time outside has positive impacts on the brain, sort of decluttering your thoughts, and allowing you to focus better.
Here's what to do:
We are going on a Garden Yoga Walk.
After the desired time for your Mindful Yoga has ran out, document the way it made you feel. You can take a picture of the things you noticed, or reflect on what made you notice them.
For this assignment, you can upload any pictures you take, record a video of yourself describing the things you noticed, or write a short reflection on how you felt before and after your Garden Yoga.
